They have certainly taken their time this year but the strawberries have finally arrived. Normally by this time of year the berries would be in full swing ripening faster than we can pick, but this year things are a little different. We are only getting in about 1/2 of the amount you would expect right now so come early in the day to get the best selection. They are going fast!

As we come into our peak berry season we want to remind you to give us a call and order some berries to be set aside for you. We are one of few places that give you the opportunity to have berries reserved and ready to go for you when you arrive. This is something special that we love doing for our customers & have done for many years.

We’ve been getting many calls about berries for jam making; in our opinion it would be best to hold off for another week or so before starting to make homemade jams, the berries just need a little more time & sunlight to get sweet enough for a good batch of jam.
